Notices:

School Admissions - Church attendance

If you are considering applications to either Becket Keys Secondary School or Hutton All Saints School in the next few years, or any other school applicationwhich will need Fr Andy to sign a Supplementary Information Form to verify your church attendance, please can you email andy@huttonparish.com to let him know.

Requirements for Hutton All Saints are listed as monthly attendance over 1 year.Other schools vary but some require twice monthly attendance for 2 years to 3 years.   In all cases, we strongly encourage parents to make themselves known to clergy and others in the church and to get involved in the life of the church where possible, so that when the time comes for forms to be signed, it does not cause any embarrassment on either side.

First Holy Communion and Confirmation preparation 2025

We offer First Holy Communions on Easter Sunday (20th April 2025 this year) and there is likely to be a Confirmation service in the Deanery in the summer term. We're now inviting expressions of interest from:

  • Children who are in Year 3 or above and regularly join us for worship in either Church, who wish to be prepared to receive Holy Communion this Easter.

  • Adults who do not currently receive Holy Communion on a Sunday and are regular worshippers with us in either Church, who wish to be prepared to receive this Easter and/or consider Confirmation later in the year. (Confirmation is open to young people age 11+/in Year 6 or above)

There will be some preparation sessions throughout Lent and adults are encouraged to join the Lent Course on Wednesday evenings as part of their exploration.

If any of this applies to you or you have any further questions about Holy Communion, Confirmation or Baptism, please be in touch with Revd Alice in the first instance: aliemismi@gmail.com
